Benita Barwick is a qualified Nutritionist and Fitness Instructor with a decade of practical experience, assisting individuals to reach their health and well-being goals.

With a focus on achieving optimum health through nutrition, fitness and lifestyle adjustments, Benita’s portfolio of qualifications allows her to make an holistic assessment of each person she works with to design tailored solutions that are practical, enjoyable and that deliver results.

Passionate about treating the body as a whole and using Food as Medicine, through Entire Wellbeing, Benita assists her clients to implement lifestyle behaviours that support health and well-being, with education and support; nutritious-delicious food and physical activity which is both enjoyable and practical for everyday life.
